Gems are what you win for beating a level. Spend them in the Gnome Store on new gnomes and upgrades.
Wheelbarrow gnomes guard each lane once. When a bug gets close to the patch, he charges down the lane.
Hammer smashes one of your own gnomes to free up the tile.
Keys: 1 to 8 pick a gnome, H for the hammer, Esc to cancel, P to pause. Right-click also cancels. Progress saves in this browser.
